ESD Blister Tray
ESD Blister Trays are anti-static packaging solutions designed to safely store and transport sensitive electronic components, protecting them from electrostatic discharge (ESD) damage. These trays are typically made from PET, PVC, PP, or PS plastics, modified with conductive additives (such as carbon fiber or permanent antistatic agents) to ensure reliable ESD protection. The recommended thickness ranges from 0.6mm to 1mm, balancing durability and cost-efficiency. While thicker trays (e.g., 1.2mm+) may slightly increase material costs, they significantly enhance sturdiness and lifespan, making them ideal for heavy-duty or reusable applications.
